If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. 

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. 


Shipping

Currently, shipping is within New Zealand and Australia only.

To enquire about shipping Overseas please email us.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard shipping for metro areas $8.00 or $10.50 rural

Shipping is free for all New Zealand orders over $50.00

No extra charges for multiple same size items. If an error comes up, please send us a message. 

All shipping is tracked courier via NZ Post unless otherwise stated. The delivery time is generally 3-5 working days, courier dependent. 

We do not send to PO Boxes, a physical delivery address is required. 

Please be aware that we can not be responsible for lost parcels, ensure your delivery address is always up to date.

If you are rurally located or wanting to sign for your package, please select the relevant option at checkout or send us a message.

If your address is rural & you have not selected rural shipping or if your address does not come up in the courier system, we will send you a message.

A tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched. The best way to keep track of your package is by signing up for delivery updates with the carrier once you receive the tracking number.

We aim to reuse & recycle packaging materials wherever possible therefore your order may not always have the same packaging ♥♥
